Flux automatically disabling when Quicktime 7 Pro is launched

I don't have Flux set to disable for any programs, but it automatically disables itself whenever I launch Quicktime Pro 7. The same thing happens on certain video sites (Hulu, Youtube), but it is much more intermittent.
