When enabled it defaults to Light Mode on Mac

Hi,
I've got the following question: I'm using dark mode on OSX 10.11. almost all the time and every time I enable flux it switches back to light mode automatically. In system preferences the box on dark mode is still checked, I have to uncheck it and check it again to reenable dark mode. Any help is appreciated

@TheFooFighter You have the option to automatically switch to dark mode for OS X, in the f.lux preferences at sunset. Uncheck this option in f.lux.
