Yosemite - Dark theme can't be disabled

I had set Flux to activate Mac OS X's dark theme at night, but even after quitting the app or restarting my Mac, dark theme can't be disabled; even in the system settings.

Anyway to reset the default values in OS X?

I deleted the ByHost folder in /Library/Preferences. Now it works.
