@TwoCables it's a fair complaint. We worked hard to make the notices facts with no judgement. But for every person who loves them another person will not love them and that is okay. There are already way too many notifications in many people's lives.
Also - the Mac quickstart guide has lots of information about how to control f.lux settings, color and timing.
