Wearable Lighting

Hi,
Just trying to gauge people's thoughts/feelings about wearable lighting as this seems quite a useful application to me.
I have stumbled across a couple of products such as Re-Timer and AYO.
Has anybody used them got any preferences things to look out for I'd be interested to learn more.
