Changing times flux changes screen settings?

Is there a way on both Mac and Windows to change the settings of how early and late f.lux kicks in?

The settings are keyed off your wake time, and there is not a way to change the duration. The f.lux time scale is designed last about as long as it takes for your body to complete its nightly melatonin cycle (which is the idea behind reducing bright blue / green light - dimming helps a lot, too).
The Windows version is getting a big update soon.
