flickering under virtual machine when sliding screens

I use both El Capitan and Win10 at the same time with parallel desktop, and the window of Win10 is displayed in full screen. However, when I slide screen from each other, the screen is always flickering to blue and then restore to yellow, which is really disturbing. Could you give some advise? THX~~~

What version of f.lux do you have? If you install v 36.6 and then reboot, does it help?
