Uninstalled f.lux

I tried to uninstalled f.lux but I can`t find it in Finder. I have tried to seek for it but my Mac can't the files anywhere. How do I do?

Did you quit it first? Once you quit it (left of your system clock), you can search for all files named flux (no dot on mac) and delete them.

Please again: how to uninstall f.lux on Mac? I don´t understnd "left to system clock"!! I don´t find any file of "f.lux" or "flux" via finder´s search.
I work all nights these days and I need to put it on or off!!! -
