unable to remove flux from the launchpad

I've removed flux according to the required instructions, but it continues to appear in my launchpad even after I have followed instructions to rebuild launchpad. Are there any other files that I need to remove also?
Thanks for your help. I really enjoyed flux but have found IrisPro better meets my needs.
