Software update problems

I am unable to download the most recent software update. I keep getting error messages on my MacBook Air.

When running "Check for updates" there's a new version Flux available (42.1). Selecting "Install Update" brings up "Downloading update..." which times out with "Update Error! Failed to extract update."

Some quick debugging makes it look like it's failing to find the update at macflux.b-cdn.net.
