M1 Macs (Max and Ultra) having issues being put to sleep whilst f.lux is still on (Monterey)
-
I've noticed on both an M1 Max and M1 Ultra chip on Monterey, that when f.lux is running, my Macs (Macbook Pro and Mac Studio) don't properly go to sleep. They will take me to the login window instead. Then, after some time, they do eventually sleep, but with the Mac Studio for example, the fans actually still run for some time which was obviously a big concern for me.
After various tests and ruling other apps out, when I quit f.lux and put them to sleep, they do so immediately and the fans stop, but when I put f.lux back on, the issue comes back.
I'm on the latest version of the software. Very keen for some advice with this, as I love f.lux very much and would like to keep using it without having to quit it each time I want to put the Mac to sleep.
Thanks!
I would've posted in the Big Sur and Apple Silicon support section but it seems the last post was in 2021 so was concerned it wasn't really tended to.

@WinterEmerald If you are comfortable using "Terminal" please type "pmset -g assertions" and post the output here?
