Can't Uninstall f.lux Mac Book Pro 2019

Hi. I'm new to mac os, I Installed f.lux but it's clearly broken and I cannot open the app to change the colors, trying to open it does nothing. I've tried to uninstall it but it says
can't uninstall the app because it's opened. I've tried to remove f.lux profiles but it doesn't help. Reboot doesn't help. How to completely remove it from my system ? -

Usually the icon is visible to the left of your system clock, but it may be hiding if there are too many things on your menu bar.
You can also quit it from Activity Monitor, and then sending to the trash should be easier.
