Top bar icon displayed incorrectly in multiple screen setting (Mojave)

I use my Macbook with an extra screen besides it. So the desktop with top bar is on both screens. I just upgraded to Mac OS Mojave and I noticed that where the screen which is off-focus, the icon flux icon is displayed weird.
Could this be fixed in an update?

I can confirm that I experience this issue with Mac OS Mojave as well, the icon colours invert when the primary screen loses focus (see screenshot below).
