Problem with Word on a Mac with Flux

Bascially I've noticed that every time I switch to use word on my Mac it stops the colour shift of Flux, it's really annoying, any way of stopping it?

@lightgal Have you possibly disabled f.lux for Word?
to check:
Open Word and keep it as the active program.
Click the f.lux icon to the left of your system clock.
Under "Disable" check that it's not set to be disabled for Word. -
