maintain a calibrated display

I saw a similar question like this way down below, but still not clear on the answer: My photo-editing monitor is calibrated. When F.lux goes to sunset and night, that's fine. But when it is daytime do you go back to the calibration profiles?

Thanks for a great product btw! Much nicer than Night Shift.
