macOS: movie-mode notification should auto-dismiss
-
I have been using f.lux for Mac for years, and it's pretty close to perfect. There is one thing that bothers me a little bit:
When I turn on movie mode, there's a notification. This notification needs to be dismissed manually. I very much wish it were the kind that goes away on its own after some seconds.
Perhaps the f.lux authors can consider this for the next version.

I think all of our notifiers go away after 15 seconds?
(But it may be 30 which would be too much.) -
I am very sorry for taking this long to respond ... I thought I had already responded. You are correct: the notification does go away. I guess I was too impatient. I do think that the duration is a bit too long, but that's not a big deal. Since I read your response, I keep myself from dismissing it manually, and all is well.

@herf Actually, there is an improvement that could be made. Many, but not all macOS notifications can be dismissed using a two-finger swipe to the right (on the trackpad). It would be useful if this could be enabled for flux too.

@herf Would it be possible to make the notification dismissable by a two-finger swipe to the right? Most notifications can be dismissed this way. For some reason, the flux one can't.
