Philips Hue - Screen Capture not recognizing Flux

I tested the screen capture functionality of Albedo and HueDynamics to adjust Philips Hue to the content displayed on screen but both didn't recognize changes made by Flux, neither temperature nor brightness. Now I don't know much about how flux works but i thought if it already changes every pixel it might also be possible to calculate an average and integrate this feature in Flux itself without too much effort.
If anyone has solved this issue please let me know. :)
