Color flickers on non-primary monitor with dual thunderbolt + rMBP setup

I'm having an issue with the recommended color settings when the color temperature drops to it's lowest. I have a 3 monitor setup: 2 thunderbolt monitors daisy chained to a 15" rMBP with the display enabled (i.e., the laptop lid is open). The issue is that while the color on the primary thunderbolt display is constant, the color on the secondary and rMBP flickers between the OSX default setting and the flux setting. I'm running OS X 10.10.5.
