Can I use f.lux as a light box in the morning?

I wouldn't think so. I don't think computer monitors (or any display) is really capable of delivering the full spectrum of light. Or really, enough of the spectrum to really be useful as a light box.

@joanbrevard Do you have enough time to sit outside for at least a few minutes? It would be a free alternative to a light box, and probably work better, at least when you're not inside working or busy.

No, most screens are not bright enough to replace a light box for theraputic use.
