Location isn't changing

My location is wrong, which affects my sunlight-sunset times. Like, different country wrong. I go to change my location, type in a postal code or city, it seems to accept it when I press OK, and then when I go back it's still wrong. I have a VPNbut it's set to be in my country.
Hope someone actually sees this.

@Alfal first thing is check your clock using http://justgetflux.com/timesync.html
After that, the lat, long (and the pin on the map) should match your location.
