F.lux not working with certain games in full screen

Mainly referring to Undertale (I'm guessing since that game's full screen is pretty unique). Flux just doesn't work with it at all even though it works with every other game that I've tried playing. Is there a setting I can change so that it works on anything no matter what?
I also checked to see if flux was disabled when using Undertale but nope it's fine, so I'm at a loss here
