Is there any way to set a colour filter at a particular time?

I have been using flux for years and love it, but I need more motivation to turn my computer off early. My phone automatically switches into a greyscale mode at a set wind-down time, which is great as it discourages me from casual internet browsing and using Youtube. It would be helpful for me to do this on my computer too. Flux has a greyscale filter, as well as other filters that would be similarly suitable for this purpose (e.g. darkroom). Is there any way to set these to turn on and off at specific times, not just manually trigger them?
