Flux is not working at all (Surface Pro)
-
Hey.
I tried Flux a year ago, it didn't work. I try it again today (downloading the most current verison), it doesn't work. (Neither does the inbuilt 'Night Light'/'Evening mode for Windows, incidentally.)The solution offered seems to be to update graphic drivers. Using 'Device manager', Windows says that the newest drivers are already installed.
Any tips?

You know the thing where you can drag and select the different intensities of Flux? That is not working at all, either. (You could see what the color would be at night, even if the sun is up.)

@flux_user_55 Windows is reporting it "should" work, but clearly it isn't. Do you know if HDR is turned on? f.lux may not work with it.
Otherwise, the "9621" driver from 2021 for your GPU is pretty old, but it does seem to be the one Microsoft is still shipping - I wonder if they missed something. You can get an update directly from Intel, but usually for Surface it wouldn't be needed.
