No way to even tell when it's sunset time, neither to set it

I'm a developer myself... worked as SDET mostly, so see the user side as well.
There's no way to even see, neither to set the sunset time
If there's a way to tell when it's sunset it's certainly not implemented well, not in a way someone in the state of average user can. There's some super fast playback when I select adjust all colors together - which displays some stuff I don't really understand or can capture, it's too fast. This does not make any sense and not useful at all.

And I see there had been requests for years to add custom setting of sunset time. I see that the older 2015 thread with those requests was simply locked. Still no option to set sunset time, which is an easy thing to implement, so clearly it's hot provided deliberately.
