If you mean the warmest color temperature, then yes. First, switch to Classic f.lux. This is in the colors menu on the main window, on the upper-right portion of it.
Next, set the color temperature to where you want it to be. Then, click the geographical coordinates (the latitude and longitude coordinates) on the lower-right corner of the main interface window. Change the 'W' coordinate number to something like 100-200 higher or lower until the color temperature changes to the other color temperature, like the Daytime or Sunset color temperature. When it changes, change the color temperature to where you want it to be.
If the color temperature isn't warm enough for you, then use the keyboard shortcuts (check the settings for more information) to adjust beyond what the slider allows you to do.

@saimon yes you should turn off the f.lux setting that switches and use your system preferences to do it instead. We are built on top of those settings.
