Room without windows (light from lamps)

I use the computer about 6-7 hours a day from 7pm to 1am more or less.
The room where the computer is located has no windows and is illuminated all the time by 4 white 12-watt LED lamps.
How should I configure f.lux? I've been using the program for a long time but I've never touched it, except to set my location. That is, I have left the program configured in a default way.
Am I doing it right or should I change something?
