Is there an option to schedule grayscale, so the screen automatically turns to grayscale at 11pm and gets back to normal colours at 8am or so?

Android has that function in their "bedtime mode", and I find it really helpful to make it easier to turn off my phone when it's time to go to bed (without colours it's just less stimulating for your brain)

@manuelallgaier we will probably do a more programmable thing like this in the future.

We decided not to do it as a one-click option because I found it extremely limiting for some kinds of work. And the main thing is that we don't have a good interface to do a fine-grained disable (like "give me some color back but don't disable f.lux entirely" is hard to do in a simple way). I will think about ways to simplify the interface so we can have this and have a way to turn it off sometimes too.

          Dear @herf,
I think it's an emergency that you implement as soon as possible the option to simply turn on Grayscale at a given time and to turn it off at a given time.

Anything fancier can come late, but people are literally dying from tech addiction, and it's high time f.lux evolves to help people use tech less than simply helping people go to sleep.
