      Hi,
I'm one of your user and I recently found that when I upgraded to win11, My laptop can't get into sleep mode (like it does but the laptop is still working as charming. ) and I tried to exit f.lux if it is the cause and boom, it could finally going into sleep mode. In other words, f.lux causes not to get into sleep mode in win11.

We keep the machine awake only when you turn on Philips Hue or home automation features - and only when the battery is pretty much charged up. So it's intended that if you leave the machine plugged in that it will stay awake.

There is an option to disable this behavior in that same menu, or you can also turn off home automation features instead.
