Flux not working on external monitor (Acer VG240Y)

It may just be this monitor, I just bought it. My other monitors (also Acer or HP) seem to respond to flux color changes, but not my new one.
Could it have something to do with the graphics adapter, perhaps (NVIDIA Geforce 1650)? I've connected the external monitor to the DP port, not the HDMI port.
When I ran the flux diagnostics, there seemed to be some minor change to the colors on the monitor, but barely noticeable.
So - is there a way to have different flux settings for different displays, perhaps? I suspect that flux modifies the colors according to the main display, and kind of expects the other monitors to follow suit. Or is it something controlled by Windows?
Any ideas or suggestions?

Can you post f.lux options > driver info?
Usually things do work with DP, hmm.
