Timeline broken - daylight period between sunset and night??

Today I did a total wipe of my system and finally updated from Windows 8 to 10. I am now in the process of reinstalling all my programs. I've been using f.lux for years with no issue but now I can't get it to work. The timeline looks completely broken. As you can see in the screenshot, it puts a period of daylight in between sunset and night. It has also mistakenly decided that the sun has set already (which it has not in my time zone). As far as I can tell, the location is set correctly.
