Ability to add custom hotkeys? Example: Turn off f.lux for only 1 monitor

I often turn off f.lux when gaming, but only for 1 monitor out of the 3 I have. Is there any possible way to make it so you can add custom hotkeys so you can toggle the application off for certain monitors instead of just all or nothing? I currently have to use the mouse to right click and disable on-demand. A hotkey would be much simpler for how often I do this.
