How can i completley remove f.luc from my pc

Hi so i recently downloaded f,lux as a mate told me to but now i want it gone from my PC as whenever i turn on my computer everything is orange .

I remember reading somewhere to go to f.lux settings, disable f.lux so your screen color returns to normal, then uninstall it while your screen colors are normal. If you've already uninstalled f.lux I feel that you can reinstall it and try that.
