Disabling for specific apps glitching

Hey folks!
These past few weeks f.lux seems to be having problems detecting when some software is running which makes it not possible to add it to the list of disabled apps, it seems to be mostly, if not all, of them related to games, though its still detecting most of them.

PS: Would it be possible to add the option of manually adding software to the disabled list ? I've been using the regedit to change the list but it'd be much easier that way

If not, can you tell us how did you use regedit to change the list? It's a great idea, I'd like to do that too!
