Hi there,

I hope I can leave suggestions here. Because I'd love to have a feature that allows like a little pop up on your screen just like the bedtime reminder, but for micro pauses. Something for the 20-20-20 rule with looking away 20 seconds at something 20 feet away after 20 minutes of screen time.
