Feature suggestion: auto dark mode on Windows

f.lux for Mac has a great feature: dark mode on sunset (I actually wish it was on bedtime instead).

it would be very great if f.lux for Windows supported it as well. it's basically all about writing one registry value: HKCU:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize\AppsUseLightTheme (0 for dark mode, 1 for light mode)

well, unless SystemUsedLightTheme is already 0 (I think, most users have it at 0)

Hey I had tried this once before and it didn't work, but it works in the latest Windows. I will put that code back in. :)
