Hi, my mouse cursor is often bright white, and I need to uncheck and check the option to fix it every time I reboot.
Is there a way to make it always working ?
I saw a solution from 2016 for this, about editing registry, but saying it can also make cursor invisible in some games.
Since I play a lot, I'd rather avoid that (and it's probably ourdated).
Is there a way to make this setting stay even after a reboot please ?

      Thanks

No, I’m sorry there is no way other than editing the Registry.

          Hi,

The bright mouse cursor is the result of applying f.lux colour filters? I really like it.
and what settings in the registry are we talking about?

tick "software mouse cursor" in f.lux's settings

@largo nope, it's just the cursor that retains its default color : D

No, the problem is due to the fact that the mouse cursor doesn’t change color. That is why it looks the way it does. You don’t need to edit the registry anymore because now you can just enable the option in the f.lux options called “software mouse cursor“.

The only problem with doing this and also with editing the registry to get the same result is, the mouse cursor can end up being invisible in some video games. So, for those games, you simply just turn off that setting.
