Multi-monitor/TV where "disabling" does nothing. A familiar issue, I know, that has no fix I can find.

Searching around I've found similar, although not exact issues where I try to "disable while in full-screen apps or disabling a specific monitor does nothing.
-Turning on "Movie Mode" does nothing.
-The TV is connected via HDMI from the motherboard and desktop monitor is connected via DVI on a GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card.
      -Updating drivers does nothing.
-I have exited flux and restarted it along with the pc itself.

Again similar posts usually have no answer or clues as to what a fix is and then the conversation just dies.

There are some fixes in 4.111 for fullscreen disable and multiple GPUs.

The latest Windows update has quite a few bugs, and we've been working around them as we find out what they are exactly.
