How do I get rid of f.lux and all its settings?

Hi all,
Could someone please help me to get rid of this program? When I uninstall it my display gets dim in the evening anyway and the only way I can get the brightness back is through f.lux. So for the past 2 years I have been turning F.lux just to get my brightness back. Also the "disable" options do not work.

It sounds like you might have an automatic brightness feature built into your laptop? This can be disabled through Display settings.
f.lux can be uninstalled through Add/Remove programs.
