Performance Test Warning

Hi, I love your program but when I was going thru the settings with any new program you install on your computer I hit the Performance Test... Button and the color change and temperature is so shocking and sudden that I became disoriented and ill after only 5 seconds. You should display a warning of what is about to happen when you press that button as well as the 24 preview in the settings. Some people have multiple large monitors that dominate their vision and the shock of the temperature change is honestly more harmful than any blue light could ever cause.. After changing settings I have gotten the program to do exactly what I wanted but seriously that was poorly thought out.
