Feature request: Set Windows theme on sunset/sunrise

In f.lux for macOS we have the option to set the OSX dark theme on sunset and revert it back to the light theme on sunrise.
The upcoming Windows 10 1903 build is going to have a new light theme and I think that having this feature on the Windows version of f.lux would make a lot sense, as well.
It is possible to add this into a future version of f.lux v4?
