License Agreement issue

Very strange. Every time I open up the f.lux - it used to go on automatically - I am basically asked to set up and download the program all over again. The 'License Agreement' window opens up, I hit 'Accept', and the program downloads and opens up all over again. This happens each time I try to access f.lux. This never used to happen ... until the most recent Windows 10 disaster (which is making my online life hell). What to do here? Otherwise, I will have to go with the, yep, Windows Nightlight program. Little help, here? Thanks, James.
