Where is the "Extras Menu"?

The FAQ states that one can turn off short cut keys via the "Extras Menu" but I can not find the Extras Menu.
I'm sure I am missing something obvious but can someone please tell me where it is or some other way of turning of the shortcut keys.

I'm somewhat embarrassed that I was indeed missing something which I should have found but may I have the temerity to suggest that the FAQ should be updated accordingly.
