Having f.lux n only one monitor

Hi, I'm sorry if this was previously posted but I was wondering if there was a way to have f.lux on only one of my monitors. I tend to stream games late into the night and flux on my first monitor really helps prevent headaches but the second monitor is hooked up to a capture card, not a monitor so having flux on it just tints my stream for my viewers (tho it might be helping them without knowing it, it can hinder their experience). The game I play is only in a pop up window so the full-screen option doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

It is linked with a Mini DisplayPort (Thunderbolt) to HDMI Adapter on a Surface Pro (2017) if that helps at all.
