Suggestion: separate transition times for disabled apps (video player).

I prefer the slow transition setting while working. However, it's annoying for disabled apps to transition slowly. Maybe having separate transition times for disabled apps makes more sense:
- A very quick transition away from the disabled app.
- A five second transition to the disabled app, to give the eyes time to adjust to the increased brightness.
Also, I really dislike entering movie mode manually. Is it not possible to duplicate the [Disable [when using []]] feature to a [Movie mode [when using []]] feature?
