F.lux starts strobing every night

Every night at 9 pm on the dot, for the past four nights, flux will start turning on and off so my computer screen has a strobing effect going between the orange light and the non filtered. Every. Night. I've had this program for around six years now, and I made an account just to post this because it drives me nuts. I have to restart my computer every time.
Fix it. Please. I beg of you. -
I think it's Microsoft Night Light, so find it and disable it.
