Hue connection not working

Hello,
I'm trying to enable the Hue connection option (which worked before I reinstalled Windows) but I can no longer get it to beep.
I select the checkbox and nothing happens. -
It is probably already paired. Does it affect your lights or show a "Hue lights to use" in the menu?
