Why is F.lux hijacking Alt-F11 & F12 keyboard shortcuts and there are no options to disable this!!??

Why is F.lux hijacking Alt-F11 & F12 keyboards and there are no options to disable this!!?? I am using an app which uses Alt-F12 as a keyboard shortcut and now it's dimming the screen! I don't see any options to disable these shortcuts and they are not listed in the options section. We already have alt-PageUp & alt-PageDown for controlling the dimming so why use other shortcuts which we can't disable??
This is very annoying!!
There's another post about this annoyance and it got no replies. I am also going to look for the older version.

I also wish that they would fix this. For now, you can go into the options and disable all hotkeys, but unfortunately you can't fix this without ruining several other functionalities.

Okay we are pushing 4.76 to disable these keys (by default) unless you turn them on.

I tried that already. Unchecking the hotkeys checkbox has no effect. Alt-F11/F12 still work. Anyway, I will wait for 4.76.
