Office with no natural light

Hi everyone , which settings you think it's best for office with no natural light? I currently work around 10h a day and have the setting to fluorescent . I work from 7am to 6pm .

There is no right or wrong answer here. Use what you enjoy the most. The only reason why it says "fluorescent" is so that you can know what the general appearance of the color temperature should be when you select it. It doesn't mean, "Select this color temperature if you have fluorescent lights". It has nothing to do with that. It's just a way to know what the color temperature output should look the most similar to. You don't have to match the color temperature to the indoor lighting. Nothing bad will happen if you don't match it.
Just use whatever settings you want. The correct setting is the one you like the most.

I recommend supplemental lighting to increase brightness, and lots of sun exposure during any available breaks. Many people's work days involve dim indoor settings during sunlight hours, and fairly bright nights when it would otherwise be dark.
