Separate settings for multiple monitors

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible (if not then this is a feature request lol) to have different settings for when you have two or more monitors.
I know there's the option to disable for full-screen apps which works fine for if I'm watching a movie in full-screen on say monitor two but were still in desktop on monitor one.
But what if you didn't wish it disabled but rather wanted a specific mode for that monitor, such as say movie (or another) mode (like say if it was night time and you still wanted that feature), especially if you were not in full-screen mode or if it didn't support the application you were running on that monitor?
