Can I disable f.lux for just one screen and not the other?

I have my PC plugged in to my TV, and I use this for all sorts of things, gaming, films, YouTube, but I also do all of those things on my PC monitor as well. I don't want f.lux on my TV because the colours aren't a problem when I'm sitting across the room, but I do want it on my PC monitor.
I don't want to disable f.lux for any individual app because I use all of them on my PC monitor as well, both windowed and full screen.
Please let me know how I can disable f.lux for just my TV.
